This idea birthed the Aniekeme & Uyai Bassey Foundation – a platform used to reach out to those in need with the aim of alleviating poverty. 🌍
Poverty is a plague in Nigeria, and we believe government alone cannot alleviate this menace. There are many out-of-school children who need help. Young Nigerians have taken to societal vices because of no jobs. It is important that individuals, private and public organizations join hands with the government to alleviate poverty. This foundation, with the support of the Board of Trustees and partners, is out to give back to society and in turn build humanity.
As a charity organization, we have sponsored the training of Nigerians in Oil and Gas operations and facilitated their employment in the industry. We have given scholarships to students and provided medical and business support. We hope to do more through the support of our partners. Join us to build humanity. 🤝
Our mission is to join individuals, private organizations and government in poverty alleviation through provision of financial support, scholarships, free vocational and professional trainings to the less privileged and facilitate employment without discrimination. 💙
