Welcome to the Aniekeme & Uyai Bassey Foundation website.

We are an independent philanthropic foundation aimed at poverty alleviation, community development, peace advocacy, conflict resolution and girl child education. The Foundation was birthed by a strong yearning to build and develop humanity.

Poverty has plagued Nigeria and many African countries, and we believe that the government alone cannot alleviate this menace. There are many out of school children who need a help. Young Africans have taken to societal vices because of no jobs.

A lot of villages and communities do not have basic amenities like electricity, pipe borne water, schools, hospitals, vocational centres, etc. People who feel deprived may resort to vices to survive. It is important that individuals, private and public organizations join hands with the government to tacked these issues. This foundation, with the support of the Board of Trustees and partners is out to giving back to the society and in turn build humanity.

As a charity organization, we have sponsored the training of Nigerians in Oil and Gas operations and facilitated their employment in the industry. We have given scholarship to students. We have given medical and business support to Nigerians.

We believe that with more investment in our mission, we can build a peaceful society. Join us to build humanity.
